Meet Darya

Hi, I'm Darya Barbos.

I know firsthand that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction—it's one of life's biggest milestones. As a wife, mom of three, and someone who has built a career helping people through stressful situations, I understand how important it is to have someone by your side who is honest, organized, and genuinely invested in your success.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, I worked in healthcare and business administration, where I learned that clear communication, attention to detail, and integrity are non-negotiable. Today, I bring those same values into every client relationship.

I'm passionate about helping first-time home buyers, growing families, and home sellers navigate the Washington real estate market with confidence. I believe informed clients make better decisions, so I take the time to explain every step of the process, answer questions, and ensure you always know what's happening—and why.

I also host free home buyer and home seller classes to help people understand the process before making one of life's biggest financial decisions. My goal is to empower families with the knowledge they need before making one of the biggest investments of their lives.

In addition to English, I speak Russian and Ukrainian, allowing me to serve more families in the language they're most comfortable with and making the buying or selling process feel welcoming, clear, and stress-free.

When I'm not working with clients, you'll usually find me spending time with my family, exploring the outdoors, fishing, hiking, baking, or tending to my orchid collection. Those everyday moments remind me why home matters so much—it's where memories are made, traditions begin, and life happens.
